Beenish Ahmed Saraz (born 1998) is a visual artist currently based in Karachi, Pakistan. She completed her BFA from the National College of Arts, Lahore specialising in Painting in 2019. Beenish is currently pursuing an MA from the Beaconhouse National University, Lahore.

She finds her inspiration in mundane, household objects, kitchen utensils and ingredients. Beenish is interested in the narrative relationship between the objects and their presence around humans. Beenish’s work has been exhibited in various group shows at venues such as Knit Your Dreams, Alhamra Art Gallery, Lahore 2022; The Crust, Momart Gallery, Karachi 2021; Humari Pehchan, Studio Seven Gallery, Karachi 2021; Beyond the Threshold of Time, Young Artist Exhibition, Alhamra Art Council, Lahore in 2021; Art Fest Karachi, Sambara Art Gallery, Karachi in 2021;  Golden Leaves of Indus, ArtChowk Gallery, Karachi in 2021; Broadcast Vol:1, O art Space, Lahore in 2020; Women Hold Up Half the Sky, Satrang Gallery Islamabad in 2020; and Saanjh Exhibition, Studio 46 Gallery, Lahore in 2019. She was the recipient of The Best Artwork Award in the 17th Young Artists Exhibition at Alhamra Art Gallery, Lahore in 2021. Her work has also been featured in international online zines, Issue 2 – The creative Materiality, Haus-a-rest, the United Kingdom in 2020, Issue 3-Artists Responding to, the United Kingdom in 2020; Issue 4 – 1 Penny Thoughts, the United Kingdom in 2020.
