
Abrar Muhammad (born 1987) is a visual artist and educator currently based in Lahore, Pakistan. He completed his BFA from the National College of Arts, Lahore in 2014 where he received Honours for his efforts.
Abrar’s work has been exhibited locally in numerous group shows. He was the recipient of the ‘Young Artist Award’ in an exhibition, organized by the Alhamra Arts Council, Lahore in 2015. Abrar has also had the privilege of taking part as a ‘participant artist’ in the Monsoon Box Print Residency at the Cowasjee Print Studio, Lahore in 2016. He also took part in a seven-month-long program designed to integrate creativity into the curriculum, supported and implemented by the NGO, Creative Culture and Education, England in 2016. Alongside maintaining a diverse art practice, Abrar has held a faculty position in the Fine Arts department at the Lahore College for Women University, Lahore from 2017 to 2020.
