Aimen Kathia (born 1998) is a visual artist currently based in between Vehari and Lahore, Pakistan. She completed her BFA from the Punjab University College of Art and Design in 2021. 

Aimen has a keen interest in photography and painting. Her artworks are an amalgamation of both surrealistic and naturalistic objects found in our daily lives. Aimen’s visuals are primarily a fusion of pop surrealism and magic realism, that aim to depict the dark and hideous realities embedded in the whimsical world that exists around us. Her primary focus keenly revolves around the tormented innocence of human beings in her paintings. She questions the mundane nature of life and the transition of losing one’s innocence. Amien’s art practice is mostly figurative with a realistic tinge produced via the use of soft tones and dull expressions which engage the viewer’s eye and evoke their curiosity. She has been part of various group exhibitions locally at venues like Dominion Gallery, Lahore; Muse Art Gallery, Lahore; O Art Space, Lahore; Art Soch, Lahore and Main Frame Gallery, Karachi.
