Ali Shariq Jamali (born 1994) is a multidisciplinary visual artist and educator currently based in Lahore, Pakistan. He completed his BFA from the National College of Arts, Lahore in 2018 where he received a distinction for his efforts. Ali then went on to pursue and complete his MFA in Art and Design Studies from the Beaconhouse National University, Lahore in 2021 from where he graduated once again with a distinction.

Ali’s work has been exhibited countrywide at various art institutions. He was an ‘Artist in Residence’ at the Vasl Artists’ Association, Karachi for the Taza Tareen 13 Residency in 2021. Ali was also part of EART: A manifesto of possibilities, a Project conceived by Rashid Rana and commissioned by Manchester International Festival, Dantzic, Manchester. He was also a participant Artist of The Factory project curated by Rameesha Azeem at Sunder Industrial State, Lahore in 2022. Alongside maintaining a diverse studio practice he is currently a visiting faculty member of Beaconhouse National University, Lahore.

Ali’s artwork is housed within the permanent collection of the Ambiance Boutique Art Hotels.
