Bilal Jabbar (born 1999) is a visual artist currently based in Karachi, Pakistan. He completed his BFA from the Indus Valley School of Art and Architecture, Karachi.

Through his practice, Bilal explores his fascination towards various forms of kinetics and understanding the aspects of various mechanisms while also experimenting with different materials. His work is mostly inspired by daily life observations and experiences, which in his words “become triggers for creating new sculptural experiences”. Bilal uses objects from his immediate domestic surroundings and transforms them by infusing new identities using different new media tools such as kinetics. He has exhibited his pieces extensively at various local venues. Bilal was the recipient of Engro Emerging Artist Prize for Karachi Biennial, Karachi in 2022 where his installation, The Wall of Thoughts was shown alongside renowned international artists.

Bilal’s work is a part of various private collections. One of his sculptural pieces was acquired by the Sharmeen Obaid Chinoy (SOC) Films Studio. Another signature work of his is also permanently displayed at TestKitchen by Okra in Karachi. Select artworks of Bilal are housed within the permanent collection of the Ambiance Boutique Art Hotels.
