Fiza Tanveer (born 2000) is a visual artist currently based in Sialkot, Pakistan. She completed her BFA from the Government College for Women University, Sialkot in 2023.
In her art practice Fiza makes use of various techniques and mediums but focuses primarily on oil paints. The theme of her work is ‘Memories’, She makes use of geometric shapes (squares and triangles) and monochromatic tones creating multiple tints and shades in order to create a blur effect. In Fiza’s artwork, the viewer can see multiple figures rendered in a pixelated style that are blurred as she equates the blurring of the individuals as how time blurs our vision, only if you squint your eyes can you see the clear vision in her work.
