Hussain Jamil (born 1990) is an art practitioner currently based in Lahore, Pakistan. He completed his BFA from the National College of Arts, Lahore in 2014 specialising in Miniature Painting where he received a distinction for his efforts. Hussain then went on to pursue and complete his MA in Art and Design Studies from Beaconhouse National University, Lahore in 2018 where he graduated with Honours.

He has consistently exhibited his works both nationally and internationally in a variety of formats. He was previously selected for a residency at the Sannat Initiative, Karachi, Pakistan in 2014 and more recently for the Trélex Residency, Geneva, Switzerland in 2015.

Hussain’s artwork is housed within the permanent collection of the Ambiance Boutique Art Hotels.
