Taimur Jamil Chughtai (born 2000) is a visual artist currently based in Islamabad, Pakistan. He is currently pursuing a B.Arch in from the National College of Arts, Rawalpindi.
In his artistic practice Taimur utilises photography as a medium to create using light, focusing specifically on architecture, street and experimental photography. In his most recent photo series he has captured his recent trip to Hunza and Gilgit Baltistan and has created a monochromatic theme of subtle subconsciousness in the wake of the enormous scale, grandeur, rawness and contrast of natural vs artificial objects, depicting how he sees this communion with nature through his lens.
His artworks are housed in the permanent collection of the Ambiance Boutique Art Hotels. Read less
