Mohsin Shafi (born 1982) is an interdisciplinary artist based in Lahore, Pakistan. He completed his BDes in Visual Communication Design from the National College of Arts, Lahore in 2008. Mohsin then went on to pursue a MA (Hons.) in Visual Arts from the same institution in 2011.

In the last decade, Mohsin has extensively showcased his work throughout all prominent galleries in Pakistan. His art practice is internationally renowned as he has had the chance to participate in various art fairs, gallery exhibitions, and alternative space displays around the globe. He was awarded a Studio Residency at Alter Mondial, Basel, Switzerland organised by Pro Helvetia, Zürich, and was also the Artist in Residence at The Growlery, San Francisco, United States of America in 2019. Previously Mohsin was an Artist in Residence at The Rondo Studios, Graz, Austria in 2012 and at Vasl, Karachi, Pakistan in 2010.

Mohsin’s work has been featured and discussed in local and international newspapers and publications. Among the prominent laurels, a particularly noteworthy one is that he recognised as a core and active member of the Awami Art Collective,  a unique group of artists and activists intervening in the public space in Lahore, Pakistan for the cause of peaceful co-existence and celebration of diversity.

His artwork is in the permanent collection of the Ambiance Boutique Art Hotels, Lahore.
