Momina Hassan (born 1997) is a visual artist currently based in Lahore, Pakistan. She completed her BFA from the Punjab University College of Art and Design, Lahore in 2021. Momina then went on to pursue and complete an MFA of Visual Arts from the National College of Arts, Lahore in 2024.
Her artworks have been exhibited extensively locally at various institutions such as Koel Gallery, Karachi; VM Art Gallery, Karachi; Alhamra Arts Council, Lahore; Shakir Ali Museum, Lahore; Ejaz Art Gallery, Lahore; Ocean Art Gallery, Lahore and THAT Studio, Lahore. Furthermore, she was also a part of the third iteration of the Museum series by Vasl Artist’s Association, Karachi in collaboration with The Repair Atelier, Karachi exhibited at Theosophical Society Library, Jamshed Memorial Hall, Karachi. In addition she has previously arranged some painting workshops for kids at Beaconhouse School and a non-profit organisation in her native city of Jhang. Previously, she has done an internship as a Gallery Assistant and Course Instructor of Art workshops at Tagh’eer Creative Space, Lahore.
Her artwork is housed in the permanent collection of the Ambiance Boutique Art Hotels. Read less
