Nabiha Gillani (born 1998) is a visual artist currently based in Lahore, Pakistan. She completed her BFA in Visual Arts from the Institute of Design and Visual Arts, Lahore College University for Women University in 2022 specialising in Painting.

Alongside her painting skills, she has also mastered the technique of miniature painting, mixed media, printmaking and book illustration. Her imagery feeds on her personal childhood experiences with dyslexia. Nabiha has exhibited her pieces at various local art institutions such as  Fresh Mint in Gallery Full Circle, Lahore curated by Irfan Gul Dahri; Exploring In Depth II at Art Chowk Gallery, Karachi;  Emerging Talent at VM Art Gallery, Karachi; Broadcast Volume II at O Art Space, Lahore; and Vignettes at Numaishgah, Lahore.
