Nifesah Mehru Nisa (born 1998) is a visual artist currently based in Lahore, Pakistan. She completed her BFA in Fine Arts from the College of Art and Design, Punjab University Lahore in 2020.

Nifesah works with soft pastels and with oil paints. She has always been captivated by suppression and repression and has been working on their impact on her life and surroundings and the relief she finds within them. Her initial works were based on her personal experiences and the impacts of it on our society. Nifesah’s current works are a mirror of our society which is struggling to come out of its shell and its failure to empower women. She has exhibited her work in numerous exhibitions locally and internationally, such as the  International Women's Day Exhibition at Anna Molka Art Gallery, Lahore in 2019; The New Odyssey - BFA Graduate’s Show at PNCA, Islamabad in 2021; Collective Relevance a group show at Artscene Gallery, Karachi in 2022; Art For Humanity an online show at O Art Space, Lahore in 2022; The Summer Show at Art Soch Gallery Lahore in 2023; and her work Alpha woman I was selected in top ten artworks for the Asian strength art competition Be Your Own Hero, New York City in 2021. She received Honourable Mention at the second Anna Molka Award for this same artwork work at the College of Art and Design, Punjab University Lahore in 2022. Her works Alpha Woman I and Alpha Woman II were digitally also displayed at the 5th Annual PASA Festival, South Korea. She had her work “Alpha Woman I” selected for This is Gender (In)Equality  Global Health 50/50, United Kingdom and got featured in their annual report which shed light on pressing gendered struggles, She was also awarded an honorarium in 2023.
