Raffia Azher (born 1999) is a visual artist currently based in Lahore, Pakistan. She completed her BFA from Kinnaird College For Women, Lahore in 2021.

Her artworks have been displayed at various art institutions locally. She was one of the winners of the We the Peoples, We the Arts art competition organised by the Embassy of Switzerland, Islamabad and PNCA, Islamabad in 2019.
