Raza Ur Rehman (born 1977) is a visual artist and art educator currently based in Sialkot, Pakistan. He completed his BFA from the College of Art and Design, University of the Punjab, Lahore in 2004. Raza then went on to pursue and complete his MFA from the same institution in 2015.

Through his art practice, Raza reinterprets existing concepts of regions, religions, cultures, politics, histories, and traditions of South Asia, by using diverse mediums like drawing, painting, sculpture, installation, and photography. Raza is currently an Assistant Professor and Head of Department of Fine Arts in the Government College Women University Sialkot. He previously taught for one and a half years at the Women University Swabi as Assistant Professor and Head of Department of Fine Arts. Prior to that, he spent over five years as Lecturer at the College of Art and Design, Punjab University, Lahore. Raza also maintains his own art studio in Sialkot where he invites senior artists and art students for art talks, seminars, workshops, and concept development sessions.

His artwork is housed within the permanent collection of Ambiance Boutique Art Hotels.
