Rida Zahra (born 2001) is a visual artist currently based in London, United Kingdom. She completed her BFA from the Beaconhouse National University, Lahore in 2024 and received a distinction for her efforts. Rida is currently pursuing an MFA from the Royal College of Art, London.
Primarily a painter, Rida’s art practice centres around exploring the emotional and philosophical dimensions of human dwelling. She paints spaces, embedding photo transfers of archival images into her work, much like memories embedded in objects and places. Through this, she blends memory, identity, and time to evoke reflection on space and belonging. Rida also incorporates projection mapping and sound to create immersive experiences.
