Sabir Ali Talpur (born 1993) is a visual artist currently based in Jamshoro, Pakistan. He completed his BFA in Visual Arts from the National College of Arts, Lahore in 2017.

Sabir has exhibited his works locally at various art institutions like: Young Artist Exhibition at Alhamra Art Gallery, Lahore in 2013 and 2014; the Degree Show at National College of Arts, Lahore in 2017; Microcosm II at AAN Gandhara Space, Karachi in 2018; Koel Galley, Karachi in 2019; Welcome Back Home at Koel Gallery, Karachi and Full Circle Gallery, Karachi in 2022. He has worked at Qaps, Karachi; NJV School, Karachi; and is currently working at the University of Art and Culture, Jamshoro.

His artwork is housed within the permanent collection of the Ambiance Boutique Art Hotels.
