Shameen Arshad (born 1991) is a visual artist and art writer and curator currently based in Islamabad, Pakistan. She completed her BFA from the National College of Arts, Lahore in 2015. She then went on to pursue and complete an MA in Painting from the Wimbledon College of Art, University College London, London as a Chevening Scholarship recipient and received an Honours for her efforts.

Soon after completing her baccalaureate Shameen started her curatorial practice first as a Gallery Coordinator at AQS Gallery, Islamabad and then served as Assistant Curator at Khaas Gallery, Islamabad. Alongside this, she has worked as Art Critic for publications like Art Now Pakistan, The Missing Slate and Youlin Magazine. Shameen has also been a thesis year instructor at the National College of Arts, Rawalpindi.

Her work is part of private and gallery collections in Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Dubai and London. Select artwork of hers are housed within the permanent collection of the Ambiance Boutique Art Hotels.
