Tanveer Bashir (born 1999) is a visual artist based in Lahore, Pakistan. He completed his BFA from the Beaconhouse National University, Lahore in 2023 and received an Honours for his efforts.
Tanveer‘s art practice focuses on manipulating the use of various materials contexts, and sizes of objects, thereby allowing them to significantly alter the perception and perspective of the audience. He was a participating artist in Online Talent Hunt 2020 in India. Tanveer was also the recipient of the Merit Based UMISAA Scholarship from 2020 to 2023 during his time at university. In the past he has worked as a professional photographer and art director collaborating with numerous local brands. He is currently a Visiting Faculty Member at the Beaconhouse National University, Lahore.
His artwork is housed in the permanent collection of the Ambiance Boutique Art Hotels. Read less
