Zarbakht Shafiq (born 1999) is a fiber artist currently based in London, United Kingdom. He completed his B.Des. in Textile and Fiber studies from the Beaconhouse National University, Lahore in 2021.
Zarbakht’s art practice revolves around aspects of the paranormal contrasted with the signs of psychological illness and attempts at contrasting between the two. This stems from his own experiences with spirit possession and the association he has with protective talismans.
Zarbakht’s artworks are housed within the permanent collection of the Ambiance Boutique Art Hotels.
