I’ve never rated a hotel with a 10. Even amazing hotels leave room for improvement. But not Ambiance Hotel in Lahore. It is 360 degrees of perfection. The main reason: the extremely attentive and welcoming staff. They truly care. For their guests and for the hotel. You feel it in every corner of the building.
The hotel lobby and my room were kept spotless. The air-conditioning in my room worked very well. The electricity does go out occasionally like in all places in Pakistan, but I think the hotel’s generator starts immediately to prevent any loss of continuity in power. The staff are exceptional and are very well trained by management. The customer service of this hotel is the best I have experienced in the 100+ hotels that I have stayed in.
The hotel is very stylish/chic and the staff is super friendly and goes out of their way to help with any questions and even facilitated us with a tyre puncture repair. Food is great, as are the drinks. Beds were very comfortable. Highly recommended for your stay in Lahore.
Great place to stay! The food was very good and rooms were neat and tidy. My room was so beautifully neat and clean with many artworks in the hotel and corridors and housekeeping staff provided me a very good service. Everyone’s attitude was so good.
My favourite place to stay! Ambiance has become a second home for me, in Lahore. Everything is spot on, the staff, food, breakfast, the cleanliness. I am happy to have found the perfect hotel for all my future stays.
The Ambiance, is exactly how it looks in the pictures, clean, modern, with lovely staff. The hotel is clean and whilst we only stayed one night and didn’t get to explore the area, it looks very well connected to local amenities. The breakfast was also tasty with great choice. Nothing was too much for the staff, they helped us in any way they could. We’ll be back to stay when we are in Lahore again.
I loved everything. I have travelled across the world, stayed at one of the best hotels but the hospitality at Ambiance is unmatched.
WOW. You get what you pay for and this palace is totally worth it.+ Staff went above and beyond. I’ve stayed at the Inter Continentals, Fairmont’s, Hilton’s, Hyatts in various countries. But this place out classed them all. Everything here is just done to perfection. Breakfast is even an art in this hotel. I’m just so happy that this is actually a Pakistani hotel and can’t wait for them to open some branches in Europe.*For those that need to know: hot water 24/7, electric 2417, bed is so so so comfy, bathroom is totally modern, building is immaculately clean from the entrance to your room. Excellent AC. This place is literally dust free, has an artistic glamour and style of its own. I am a supper complainer when it comes to being perfect but this place was WOW.
